This sounds really serious and he must absolutely go back to the vet or he might die. Poor thing must be feeling really sick and be starving hungry by now. If you can't or won't manage it (how did you get there in the first place?) then I strongly recommend giving him up to a shelter where they can give him the proper care he so critically needs. You can't fix this with some advice on a cat enthusiast forum.

I've tagged a couple of others in case they have anything to add, but the basic advice remains the same.

Yes, you need to take him to the vet. How far is way too far? Is there something closer? Maybe you could try syringe feeding him something? I don't know if that'll help the vomiting but it's worth a try.

Im sorry if i neglected him in any way.He just got sick out of nowhere one day he was fighting my orchid ang begging for food and the next he didnt wanna move. I took him to the vet because i tought he was poisoned because hes an outdoor cat mostly and where i stay that happens more than you think but the vet only told me hes got an infection and hes gonna be fine.

Ok cool, glad he seems to be a bit better. Please let us know how he gets on at the vet.

I get it's inconvenient and likely expensive nowadays with the cost of living crisis to go that sort of distance, but how much is your kitty's wellbeing worth? Of course, the answer is "priceless". :)

And finally, we're all crazy about cats here, so if you could please share a picture if you don't mind, we'd all be very happy!

It's okay, just take him back to the vet tomorrow and tell them about these new symptoms.

That's great that he managed to keep the tuna, without throwing up.
Foam in the vomit may indicate so many things; one of them is an allergy. I wonder whether Salem is allergic to the antibiotic, but of course only a vet will be able to give you a definite answer.
Puri, I would suggest that you keep Salem indoors for the duration. He might have just picked something else outside, and what with the antibiotic, it may confuse the matter. The medication did seem to agree with him, so keep him on it, give him frequent, little meals, scrambled egg is good as well.
Main thing, he should not get dehydrated, which may happen if he keeps vomiting.
So please keep an eye, making sure he gets enough liquid in him.
I am sure he will be fine, please keep us updated, we are wishing him a speedy recovery.

H
He is such a handsome boy; does he have a black tail?
It really looks like he pays attention to your mum berating him. Bless him.
I cannot believe she really means it:)
E does have a black tail and a black spot on his head.He is quite respectful with mom.
