Cat throwing up white stuff after eating.

Hi im back from the vet after a full day almost but luckily salem is fine.He was throwing up because of him having a stuck hairball and the vet said to watch him carefully for the next few days and feed him food in paste form so he swallows easier.Thank you for everybodies concern and help.here is a photo of when he got home on the bed listening to my mom berate him

I'm relieved it's nothing serious.

Hairballs are the pits!
Before i got gizmo vaccinated this year he had hairball troubles.
Now not as much.
I found those elevated bowls help with gizmo as he doesn't throw up as much.
