I've never gotten over how Russian Blues are actually grey, a perfect grey in fact. Why aren't they called Russian Greys?! And where's the "Russian" come from, presumably their origins are in Russia?

Yep they're the main breed of cat over in russia.
He's a big purr machine too. So loud.

My brother's cat tiffany used to be louder.
We had to look after her as my brother moved away and couldn't take her.
Anyway mum, dad and i were watching the news on our old analogue tv.
tiffy had jumped on my lap and started purring really loudly.
I was patting her.
My parents couldn't hear the tv from her motor being so loud.
I got into trouble for patting the cat and making her purr so loud!
Dad had to get up and turn up the volume of the tv to try and listen to the news!

Blue is the technical term for the color. And yes, they did originate in Russia
